By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this service.
Description of Service
Our app is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized children's storybooks. Users upload a child's photo and optionally a toy's photo, and AI creates cartoon characters, writes a unique story, generates illustrations, and provides audio narration. Our service is intended for entertainment and educational purposes.
Parental Supervision
Our app is designed for use by children under adult supervision. The app features a dedicated Child Mode with restricted access and a Parent Mode with full controls. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of our service and reviewing the AI-generated content.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and parental PIN. Parents are responsible for any account created for their child. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Credits & Payments
Our app operates on a credit-based system. New users receive complimentary credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through in-app packages or subscription plans. Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Parental consent is required for any purchases made by users under 13. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the app's technology, software, and infrastructure are reserved. Users retain personal usage rights to the stories generated for them. You may share your stories for personal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the app's technology or infrastructure.
AI-Generated Content
All stories, illustrations, and narrations are generated by artificial intelligence. Due to the nature of AI, content may vary in quality, style, and accuracy. We do not guarantee exact character consistency across pages, specific narrative outcomes, or that all generated content will be perfectly suitable for every child or sensitivity level. AI-generated illustrations will vary from prompt to prompt; we do not guarantee exact color, style, or composition.
Content Moderation
We employ AI-based filters and moderation techniques to ensure generated content is child-appropriate. However, due to the probabilistic nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be 100% free from potentially inappropriate elements. Users are encouraged to review generated stories and report any concerning content immediately via the app's support features.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable laws. Photos uploaded are used solely for story generation and character creation.
Limitations of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. No absolute guarantee is provided regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, but you may request your data as per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or email.
